We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Hochkeil Lodge. Below you will find some more practical information and our General Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully and if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them!

Check -in/out

  • Check-in: from 16.00h.
  • Check-out: Latest 09.45h.
  • Before arrival we will inform you where you can pick up the key. Our manager lives near the Lodge.
  • Please note: In case of heavy snowfall, you may need snow chains to reach the Lodge by car for the last 100m.

Your stay

  • Minimum stay in high season: 7 nights (From Saturday to Saturday – the website calendar will automatically accept only requests from Saturday till Saturday).
  • Minimum stay out of high season: 4 nights.
  • Out of high season you get 25% discount from 7 nights.
  • To keep the lodge pure and beautiful, smoking and pets are not allowed.

Included

  • Bed linen & towels (your beds are made).
  • Unlimited use of private sauna.
  • High Speed Wifi.
  • NETFLIX.
  • Wood for the wood stove.
  • Unlimited amount of good coffee beans and tea.

Additional costs

  • Final cleaning is mandatory and an amount of € 250,- will be added to your invoice.
  • Note: There is no cleaning during your stay. If you would like to have an extra cleaning service during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will try to facilitate this for you.
  • Tourist tax for adults (older than 15 years): € 2,10 per person per night. Children free.
  • A deposit of €750,- will be required and will be returned after your stay at the Lodge.

Down payment, deposit and cancellation & registration number

  • The Salzburgerland registration number of Hochkeil Lodge is: 50415-0006487-2020
  • The first 48 hours after receipt of your reservation request you can cancel free of charge.
  • After the reservation request Hochkeil Lodge will send you a separate invoice for the amount of the deposit €750,- by email with the request to pay this within 7 days after receipt of the invoice. The receipt of the deposit on our bank account is automatically for you the confirmation of your reservation.
  • After the reservation request you will also receive a separate invoice for the total rental amount (rent, final cleaning and tourist tax) by email. The request is to pay this amount no later than 12 weeks before the day of arrival. The expiration date is mentioned on the invoice. If the reservation is made less than 12 weeks before the arrival date, the total rental price (rental & tourist tax) must be paid at the time of reservation.

Refund after cancellation by the guest is as follows:

  • Up to 10 weeks before arrival date – 50% refund of total rental costs
  • Up to 8 weeks before arrival date – 40% refund of total rental costs
  • Up to 6 weeks before arrival date – 30% refund of total rental costs
  • Up to 4 weeks before arrival date – 20% refund of total rental costs
  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival date – 10% refund of the total rental costs
  • Less than 2 weeks before arrival date – 0% refund of total rental costs

Catering

  • The Lodge is self-catering.
  • If you would like to use the restaurant Sonnhof at 150 m distance, it is opened 5 days a week during the high season and regularly opened during the rest of the season. If you’d like to use the Sonnhof restaurant more often during your stay, we advise you to let us know in advance. In this way we can contact Sonnhof for you to make sure that they are expecting you!
  • Panorama restaurant Bergheimat is a lovely 15 min. walk through the meadows (5 min. by car) and is also very worthwhile for lunch or dinner or to have a drink. Open 7 days a week.
